Job Description:
The Senior Benefits Specialist will manage U.S. employee benefits administration, support open enrollment, ensure compliance, and foster relationships with benefit vendors. This role involves close collaboration with HR, Legal, Procurement, and People Experience teams and contributes to global compensation and benefits projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration & Compliance (40%)
Ensure U.S. benefit plans align with company policies and regulatory standards
Lead open enrollment processes
Complete compliance activities and manage benefit-related data systems
Vendor Management (20%)
Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular meetings to ensure service delivery
Oversee contract renewals, invoicing, and billing reconciliation
Communication & Employee Support (25%)
Serve as main point of contact for employee benefits inquiries
Develop communication materials for benefits awareness
Use analytics to evaluate benefits programs and present findings to HR leadership
Global C&B Project Support (10%)
Support additional global projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, specializing in U.S. benefits
Experience:
Minimum 3 years managing U.S. benefits, compliance, and open enrollment
Knowledgeable in U.S. benefits regulations
Proficiency with ADP, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Workday (in implementation)
Skills: Strong customer service, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and confidence in working with highly educated professionals
