5+ years of customer service/support-related work experience in a call center environment
Experience handling calls that involve finding information and giving responses that may not always make the customer happy
Excellent communication skills, including active listening
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and the ability to learn new software
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering incoming telephone calls, texts, and emails to answer questions, address any concerns, or refer to another staff member
Responding to calls, voicemails, emails, and texts related to support requests or issues and logging help desk tickets as needed
Will handle an average of approximately 25 calls and 20 emails a day. About 60% of the time is spent on the phone.
This is a six-month contract to hire position in the Johns Creek area. Initially, you can telecommute two days a week, and once you are up to speed, you can telecommute three days a week. Hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (37.5-hour workweek). An incredible company culture where you are challenged and have an outstanding work/life balance.
