LHH is currently partnering with a Global consulting firm in the McLean, VA area looking to bring on an Learning and Development Coordinator focusing on performance management and supporting learning and development initiatives. This role involves administrative support for CPE accreditation, course creation, attendance tracking, and survey analysis, requiring strong MS Office skills and familiarity with LMS platforms.
Location: Hybrid- Onsite 1-2 day per week in McLean, VA- potential travel to DC & NYC with advanced notice
Timeframe: ASAP through December 2025
Pat between: $24-$29 per hour based on experience
Team Overview:
Work closely with development operations team, focusing on performance management, learning and development, and onsite program support.
Responsibilities include administrative support for CPE accreditation, learning and development tasks, course creation, attendance reporting, and survey analysis.
Skills required: Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), experience in learning and development, and familiarity with LMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the development operations team to focus on performance management and learning and development programs.
Provide administrative support for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) accreditation, ensuring all requirements are met and maintained.
Assist in the creation and development of training courses and materials, ensuring they align with organizational goals and learning objectives.
Manage attendance reporting for training sessions, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of participant engagement.
Conduct analysis of survey feedback from training participants to identify areas for improvement and enhance future programs.
Maintain and update content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all materials are current and accessible.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Prior experience in learning and development, with a focus on program coordination and administrative support.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and best practices in training delivery.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
