Job Description:

  • Job Title: Administrative Specialist

  • Location: Owing Mills, MD
  • Pay Range: 20-22 Per Hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM- 4:30 PM
  • 1 Virtual Interview
  • 6 Month Contract to Hire

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact dealers to obtain factory order status and delivery updates.
  • Record notes in the system and update status trackers.
  • Resolve delivery issues and collaborate with other departments to find solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of unresolved issues.
  • Handle Service Cloud cases (status inquiries, temp tag expirations, damages, etc.).
  • Address fax failures and returned letters from dealers.
  • Follow up with factories to resolve any delays.
  • Take action to ensure timely receipt of invoices and vehicle deliveries.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of work.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and data entry.
  • Ability to work both in-office and remotely as needed.
