Summary:
RADCO is currently seeking a new Director, Multifamily Asset Manager, to support the Company's investment activities in the multifamily division. The Director,Multifamily Asset Manager, will work with a team of analysts to develop, implement, and adjust investment business plans, track and benchmark investment performance, report on investment health, and recommend and execute capital events.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Implement asset management functions on a subset of The Company's multifamily portfolio
Develop, adapt, and execute business plans to meet changing macro- and micro-market trends
Run financial and valuation models to identify and track investment goals
Prepare internal and external reporting
Develop and approve operating budgets and forecasts
Conduct regular hold-refinance-sell analyses to determine timing of capital events
Work with acquisitions teams to identify target markets and develop financial pro formas, capital budgets, and business plans
Maintain working relationships with management companies and development partners to implement investment plans
Perform a detailed review of financials and data points to identify inefficiencies or opportunities to maximize profitability and valuations
Education/Experience and Technical Requirements:
Four-year college degree with a preference in Real Estate, Finance / Business Analytics, or Economics
10 years of experience in Asset Management Multifamily experience required Must live in the Southeast Qualified candidates may have worked or currently work for investment banks, private equity firms, large real estate developers, real estate consulting organizations, or similar entities
High proficiency in Excel with strong writing skills required
Possess strong analytical and mathematical aptitude, particularly in financial analysis
Ability to travel nationally up to 40%, plus locally for property inspections
