As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of Amphenol Energy Technologies' marketing strategy. You will be responsible for driving the brand awareness in new target market segments, maximizing the sales through comprehensive marketing initiatives, increasing the web page traffic, and supporting the sales team with tools that help to win new business. You will manage the marketing strategy, marketing budget, branding, and event planning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives across multiple channels; Manage print and digital content through marketing collateral, website and social media outlets.
Plan and manage the marketing calendar for events, promotions and internal initiatives.
Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with sales goals and business objectives.
Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust marketing strategies as necessary.
Own the prospect generation to drive the sales through digital advertising, social media engagement, organic reach strategies, and local marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the sales teams to develop effective sales enablement tools and marketing demand generation programs.
Interface with Product Management, IT Department, and Product Engineering
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Utilize customer feedback, surveys, and review management to understand customer preferences and needs.
Measure and report on the ROI of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements
Learn and implement new applications as required
Understand and follow applicable Company practices, policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing management preferably in high-tech, information technology or electronics manufacturing.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a very fast-paced environment.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and new media trends.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Creative thinker with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exhibit a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck attitude, demonstrating that no job is too small or too big.
Demonstrated skills in web site design, web page layout, information and graphic design.
Knowledge of one or more of the following graphic design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Quark Xpress
