Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing manager with a deep understanding of sneaker culture, community engagement, influencer marketing, and social media strategy. The ideal candidate should be highly knowledgeable about e-commerce trends and have experience driving brand presence in the sneaker and lifestyle sectors. This role will involve managing social media campaigns, cultivating relationships with influencers and communities, and creating strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement:
Develop and execute community engagement strategies to foster relationships with sneaker and streetwear communities.
Drive brand presence in relevant communities by leveraging relationships with influencers and ambassadors.
Influencer and Partnerships Management:
Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with key influencers, thought leaders, and brand ambassadors.
Coordinate campaigns that align with influencer and brand goals, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across various platforms.
Social Media Strategy:
Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and more).
Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on sneaker and e-commerce industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Provide insights on consumer behavior and preferences to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Campaign Management:
Develop and manage marketing campaigns focused on key product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand collaborations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the sneaker, lifestyle, or e-commerce sectors.
Strong understanding of sneaker culture, social media platforms, and influencer marketing.
Proven experience in social media strategy, community management, and campaign execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team.
Data-driven with strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and lifestyle trends is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in e-commerce or working with direct-to-consumer brands.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr).
