The Site Merchandiser will be responsible for setting up and managing the proper assortment on the site focusing on images, content, product data and UX. Key KPIs to achieve will include increased assortment, incremental traffic, CVR, revenue & margin targets and in stock percentage.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with defined business units to identify correct assortment and promotions
Create, optimize and provide weekly reporting on key brand categories and products
Collaborate with eComm team to identify enhancements in the customer journey
Work closely with SEO team to identify opportunities in the SERPs
Partner with the eComm team and agencies to ensure consumers are finding the right products at the right time via site search
Monitor KPI's daily focusing on conversion, traffic trends, and page performance metrics
Provide competitive intelligence with recommendations on optimizations
Partner with business unit leads, marketing, and analytics team to create a content calendar ensuring representation of our products meet customer expectations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain pertinent sales, inventory and business trends to assist in conversion and acquisition
Monitor and optimize all PDPs to ensure they meet performance standards, pages with errors are corrected and they meet required content & functionality requirements
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related field
3+ years site merchandising experience with emphasis on eCommerce and omnichannel
Proficient in website technical skills in regards to page development, design, and UX
Strong understanding of DXPs (Kentico Xperience preferred) and customer journeys
Ability to manage vendor, agency and internal partnerships to achieve organizational goals
Excel expertise required
Excellent communication skills with ability to know your audience, clearly relay findings and obtain buy in on recommendations
Analytical thinker who can identify online business trends and optimize conversion, retention and acquisition
Expertise in GA4, Google Console, GTM, SEO, Screaming Frog, SEM Rush, DXPs, assortment/ inventory management and digital marketing.
Strong project management, organization and collaboration skills
Travel Requirements • Travel up to 15% of the time
