The Marketing team for a leading global entertainment brand is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to join their team for a five month leave of absence. This role will manage paid and earned campaigns across key growth partners and drive subscriber growth and engagement through strategic campaigns, leveraging the brand's content, promotions, and bundles on major digital platforms. This position requires a creative yet analytical marketer with strong partner and project management skills, as well as experience in the connected TV (CTV) landscape.
Pay Rate: $45-50/hr
Full time hours, hybrid in Santa Monica, CA
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee marketing efforts with device, wholesale, and enterprise partnerships to drive subscriber growth and engagement, managing campaigns end-to-end from ideation to performance tracking.
Develop and implement effective partner campaigns focused on subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Create strategic roadmaps for each partner, identifying top metrics, KPIs, and campaign optimization plans.
Act as the marketing expert for assigned partners, educating internal teams on audience opportunities and aligning partner placements with broader brand campaigns.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce innovative campaigns tailored to each partner's unique audience and platform capabilities.
Manage app store updates for assigned partners, including creative refreshes and optimization strategies for in-platform visibility.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Partnership Marketing, Media, or a similar role.
Strong creative and analytical skills with a track record of managing partner relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, enabling collaboration and buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented project manager with experience delivering projects on schedule.
Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Experience in fast-paced environments, with flexibility to support emerging products and partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a premium streaming content provider or entertainment partner marketing role.
Knowledge of paid media across digital channels and the CTV ecosystem, including platforms like Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung, LG, and Vizio.
