Position Overview:

As a Business Development Specialist specializing in Telecommunications and Broadcast, you will assume a pivotal role in driving our business growth within these sectors. You will oversee the entire business development process, from initial client engagement to successful deal closure. Drawing upon your expertise in IT and telecommunications, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business needs, and subsequently identify, assess, and secure new business opportunities to fulfill those requirements.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement
  • Forge and maintain robust relationships with clients, comprehensively understanding their business objectives and IT requirements.
  • Employ your sales acumen to uncover new business opportunities, contributing to the expansion of our client base.

Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Telecommunications and Broadcast sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.

Market Research and Industry Knowledge
  • Stay abreast of emerging industry trends and market dynamics within the IT and telecommunications sectors.
  • Foster an informed and proactive approach to business development strategies.

Metrics and Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as sales targets and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Refine and optimize business development methodologies to enhance performance.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the Telecommunications/Broadcast domain will be extremely advantageous.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, with a focus on the Telecommunications and Broadcast sectors.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in identifying and pursuing business opportunities across various platforms.
  • Strong business acumen, coupled with a results-oriented mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in utilizing business development software and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
