We are inviting you to apply for our Beverage Manager position. In this position, you will work to achieve day-to-day beverage sales volume and operating profit objectives in the Waterpark and throughout the resort. The main function of this role is to facilitate selling and up-sales, train, assist and schedule staff, while improving guest satisfaction.
With this position, we do require a background of (a):
Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and fine dining is necessary in-service skills and preparation of food and beverage in many venues.
Experience in building craft cocktails and operating drink machines.
A valid driver's license/state issued I.D. is required and you must be at least 21 years of age.
State or Local Law may require a certificate upon completion of an alcohol awareness/ safety class and state-certified proper food handling certification.
Experience running multiple outlets and revenue centers. Volume experience of $9 MM yearly sales.
Ability to lead a team of 50-60 associates.
Strong computer skills, particularly in relation to analyzing sales data, are helpful.
Word and Excel knowledge is required.
