Strong PowerPoint skills for executive presentations/ decks
Expert Excel skills- V-Lookups, Pivot tables
Reporting and financial tracking experience

An employer is looking for a Administrative Project Coordinator in the Richardson, TX area. You will primarily be tasked with supporting a handful of executives that are leading projects related to telecom engineering and operations. You will provide administrative support around executive decks/ PowerPoints for vendor management, support financial analysis and tracking requests and support related internal communications. You will provide project support to these leaders and assist with any related requests. Additional tasks will include coordination of new internal initiatives, manage transitions related to realignment of organizations and ensure there is coverage for all new work streams.
