BGSF is partnering with a private investment firm ($20B+ AUM) located in Fort Worth, TX to fill position of Executive Assistant!
Work Model: Full Onsite in downtown Fort Worth (parking covered)
Business Attire: Traditional Business
Role will provide executive administrative support inclusive of calendar management, travel & itinerary coordination, expense tracking, meeting arrangement for 2-3 Partners and Principals along with handing event planning (inclusive of 3-4 large events annual) and admin support for other Associates. Must be willing to travel to events.

QUALIFICATIONS: • Executive Assistant experienced in high level executive role(s) to C-Suite/Executives • Solid event planning experience required (i.e. leadership summits, limited partner meeting type of events) • Accustomed to working in fast-paced environment • Private equity firm or financial services industry a plus • Commissioned Notary or willingness to obtain • Technology-savvy and expert in PowerPoint and Advanced Excel user
