Location: Hybrid Schedule - Tues/Wed Onsite in Merrillville; Mon/Thurs/Fri are remote
CST Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM with a 30 Minute Break
Our client, one of the largest U.S. utility companies, is seeking a talented Analyst for their finance organization. This individual will provide a range of duties ranging from customer service to claims support to data entry.
Qualifications:
University degree in Business or Finance
Experience: 4 to 9 years
Experience with Excel
Excellent telephone customer service skills
Responsibilities:
Uses independent judgment to handle situations outside standard methods and resolve difficult problems.
Can also coordinate finance teams efforts and be able to adapt and apply procedures in complex matters.
Operates more independent, decisions range from those governed by general policy to those on technical or complex issues within authorized limits.
Facilitate and support the preparation, roll-up, analysis, and review of damage claim packets and associated supporting materials.
