Supports program implementation through direct interaction with customers interested in energy efficiency services. Performs administrative tasks directly related to the daily implementation and support of residential and commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs. Responsible for managing customer interactions including call activity, internet activity and tracking system lead processing for residential and/or commercial/industrial customers, as needed. May also aid in reporting and rebate processing for energy efficiency programs. Individual may also provide administrative support to other areas of Energy Efficiency. Education/Experience: Associate degree in business, marketing or the equivalent work experience. Five (5) to six (6) years related experience required.
Typical task breakdown:
Call center- incoming calls, return VM
Lead processing/ Application processing
Reporting and rebate processing
Interaction with team: MS Teams team chat, phone calls, in office interaction
Work environment: Basic office setting when onsite- When remote MUST have a quiet and dedicated space.
Education & Experience Required:
Associate degree in business, marketing or the equivalent work experience.
Five (5) to six (6) years related experience required.
Technical Skills
Strong written and oral communication skills are critical to effectively fulfill the role of this position.
