Job Description
Independently performs land development engineering assignments with clear and specified objectives with general oversight from the supervisor and/or Project Manager
Responsible for the preparation of due diligence studies and site planning
Design of grading/drainage, water/wastewater systems, stormwater detention facilities
Responsible for permitting construction documents and reports working closely with other team members, and local review agencies, and interacting with clients
Civil engineering land development, infrastructure design, and construction document preparation for roads, parking areas, storm drainage systems, stormwater management facilities, utilities-water mains, sanitary sewers, sediment, and erosion control, and outline specifications
Job Requirements
4+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited university
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D AutoCAD Civil 3D, grading, alignments, profiles, corridors, earthwork, and experience with pipe networks, detention, storm sewer design
Understanding of local and state agency codes and ordinances relevant to the construction plan approval process
