Responsibilities:
Enter new projects/jobs into Salesforce, then push to Foundation to complete job setup
Prepare and maintain project files
Prior to signatures, review subcontracts including but not limited to price, scope, plan dates, and all COI & project requirements and compare to pricing, scope and plans provided to customer in proposal
Once confirmed that requirements can be met and scope, price and plans match, per Neudorfer's proposal, obtain all signatures, COIs, and additional documents required and distribute to customer and parties involved.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
