Sagitec is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to monitor multiple cloud infrastructure environments, their availability, and performance for our HealConnect clients. The successful candidate will support our Azure Cloud Environment for and manage the data transferred in and out with our client infrastructure. What You'll Be Doing:
-Providing multi-tier support for operational and technical issues
-Ensuring optimal cloud performance with service monitoring and troubleshooting applications.
-Performing validation tests to evaluate and identify performance issues and apply cloud solutions.
-Auditing the cloud system for user access, logs and system events.
-Gathering system requirements and designing cloud support protocols for addressing performance specifications.
-Developing and implementing solutions that improve cloud performance, stability and the overall customer experience.
-Programming and documenting technical processes, including project specifications and network architecture.
What We're Looking For:
-Have knowledge/certification in Azure Cloud Technology.
-Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of business analysts, developers, data scientists, and subject-matter experts.
-Knowledge in writing SQL queries.
-Experience in Power BI tools/Tableau/Analytical tools.
-Strong Problem Solving/Ticketing Support and Analytical Skills.
-Bachelor's / Diploma (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or mathematics.
-Should be onsite 2-3 days a week.
