We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and COO of a rapidly growing crypto startup in Seattle. As a key partner to the executive team, you will manage their schedules, communications, and operational priorities, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks. Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives in high-growth environments.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant software tools.

- Nice to have: Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrency, or decentralized technology.

Responsibilities:

- Calendar Management: Coordinate and prioritize the CEO and COO's schedules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Travel Arrangements: Organize complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and logistics, with detailed itineraries.

- Communications: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, filtering inquiries and managing messages on behalf of the CEO and COO.

- Meeting Support: Prepare briefings, agendas, and materials for meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

- Project Coordination: Track and manage special projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliverables.

- Document Management: Organize and maintain digital files, presentations, and confidential documents for easy access.

Schedule:

- Full-time position with a hybrid work structure.

- In-office days required in Seattle with the CEO.

- Some travel may be required.

- Flexibility in hours to accommodate the dynamic needs of a growing startup.

Location:

- Seattle, WA (In-person presence required with flexibility for remote work on occasion).

Compensation:

- Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000 (determined by experience, skillset, interview performance, and market factors).
