Location: Downtown Tampa (Monday - Friday in office)
Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 (Base + OTE)
Camino Search are responsible for headhunting the most exceptional financial, strategic and commercial talent and placing them within exciting high-growth tech and tech-enabled businesses.
Founded in 2020, we have grown from 2 to 30 heads within that time with plans to be 100 in the next 3 years across London and US. Although we are entering an exciting phase of growth, this will be done in a profitable way whilst maintaining the exceptional culture we pride ourselves on.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates - making direct contact with both active and inactive candidates to update details, discuss career aspirations, determine candidate availability and conduct general candidate screening whilst updating all information on the database.
Providing career consultancy to candidates - guiding them through the interview process
Arranging and confirming candidate interviews as requested by clients
Generating leads through regular candidate contact, market intelligence and research

Skills and experience we are looking for:
Previous experience is a recruiting delivery/180 role (finance preferred but not essential)
Ambitious individuals with a proven track record of success (this could be sport activities or previous sales roles)
