Allied Resources is looking for an experienced Plant Project Manager/Engineer to join an ingredients manufacturing facility out of Newark NJ. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in engineering, project management, and manufacturing processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct process studies to identify and implement opportunities for manufacturing and energy efficiency improvements.
Execute and oversee capital projects, ensuring control of scope, schedule, and costs.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and project premises with stakeholders.
Generate and present project reports and financial forecasts to senior management.
Maintain updated documentation such as process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and automation functional descriptions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
Minimum 7 years of project-based engineering experience, particularly in capital project execution.
Proficiency in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and reaction chemistry, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
