Form 10 Group has an immediate opening for a Project Manager. This position will support our rapidly growing company by assisting our Program Management team in the delivery of impactful IT professional services programs that improve the technology infrastructure of our public sector (i.e., Federal, State, Local and Education).
Project Manager Role
Form 10 Project Managers assist our program management team on one large (or multiple small) customer engagements where they are fully responsible for a sub-component of the overall program - i.e., schedule management, regional system deployments, field service and maintenance, and/or providing our customer with direct project management support. We are looking for someone who is hungry to grow, and grow with, our company. The successful candidate will be an on-site/in person employee in our Tampa, FL headquarters, who is comfortable with travel to customer locations.
Representative responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of one or more customer engagements, to include:
Assist the program manager by leading projects within enterprise programs.
Create and/or manage the project/program schedule.
Support recurring formal project reviews internally and with customer.
Directly responsible for managing costs for projects assigned.
Support developing the program plan and statement(s) of work.
Represent Form 10 to the customer & the customer to Form 10.
Help identify required resources for the project.
Help identify opportunities for new business or add on services.
Identify project risk and opportunity; help the program manager manage and control each.

Requirements:
Four-year bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in IT industry
US Citizenship required by our customer base; no dual citizenship permitted.
CAPM or PMP certification (or related) is beneficial.
Prior work in the public sector or other regulated industry is helpful.
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Must be willing to work on-site/in person Monday - Friday in our Tampa, FL office.
Experience in MS Project, Visio and MS 365 suite
Willingness and ability to travel nationwide to support projects. Varied and sporadic - but periods of up to 20 to 50% travel is possible if needed.
