JOB SUMMARY:
orthobrain is looking for a charismatic individual to join the IT teamas our Technical Business Analyst. The right person will be an excellent written and verbal communicator and have a solid foundation of technical skills. This role will be responsible for working closely with our internal business teams to understand workflow, process and the overall tech platform. Translating business requirements will be a large part of the job as well as following those requirements from start to completion with our development team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to gather business requirements
Evaluate and document business and workflow processes
Work closely with the development team on bug fixes and feature updates
Create release notes
Manage and investigate help desk tickets
Provide technical support for the orthobrain platform
Assist with tech deployments
Understanding of software lifecycle
Understanding of Agile and waterfall project management methodology
Knowledge of APIs
Lead reviews with internal teams
Ability to troubleshoot and investigate issues to find root cause

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a similar field
2+ years of experience in technical business analysis in a related industry
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Experience in technical business analysis
Exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of software systems
Ability to maintain and improve internal business operations
