Contract Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extensions
Pay Rate: $41.19 - $49.94 per hour
Shift: Monday-Thursday (Onsite), Friday (Remote)

Position Overview:
The Commercial Contracts Associate is responsible for managing and processing contracts within the CPO efficiently and compliantly. The role primarily involves processing self-service contracts and, as needed, full-service contracts. The Associate acts as a subject matter expert for contract processes, enhancing efficiency and ensuring compliance
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for contract-related queries, amendments, POs, and vendor classification within the CPO.
Advise project owners on eligibility for the self-service program.
Streamline Health Care Provider (HCP) self-service contracting processes.
Review and approve contracts on time and ensure timely PO issuance.
Flag and resolve issues or delays by managing contract workflows or submitting IT tickets.
Partner with CCS to optimize contracting practices within the CPO.
Train project owners on the contracting process and MyBuy.
Collaborate with Finance to optimize PO structures for complex contracts, ensuring reporting accuracy (FACT coding).

Flexibility to work occasionally with Global Procurement and Contract teams outside of Pacific Standard Time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred experience in contract management, healthcare law/compliance, or paralegal experience.
Occasional business travel by air or car.
Intermediate knowledge of Mac operating systems, contracting systems, cloud systems (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets), and browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari).
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel).
Basic accounting and billing understanding to support PO structure development is a bonus.
