We are seeking a Senior Associate or Junior Counsel to join our team, focusing on Compensation and Benefits within Mergers and Acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with M&A and expertise in drafting and negotiating executive employment agreements and equity incentive plans, including profits interest plans. This role offers a clear path to promotion within 2-3 years, depending on experience, performance, and class level.
Compensation and Benefits:
For roles based in Denver, California, or Washington D.C., the annualized base salary range is $185,000 - $425,000. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on location, experience, and other factors.
Full-time employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance (with an optional HSA), dental and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k), paid vacation and sick leave, and an employee assistance program.
