Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking dedicated and compassionate Benefits Specialists for a two-month contract assignment that sits onsite in Mt. Laurel, NJ five days per week. In this role, you will provide exceptional, white-glove service to senior citizens, assisting them with purchasing and signing up for Medicare insurance. Your primary focus will be on achieving first call resolution, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. This position operates in a high call volume environment, requiring efficiency and excellent time management skills. This is a two month contract opportunity that will have the opportunity to convert permanent for top-performers.

Required Skills and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or healthcare is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize with senior citizens.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and client management.
• Ability to work on-site in Mt. Laurel, NJ, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls effectively.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience
• Medicare / Medicaid experience
• Healthcare experience - Prior Authorization, Benefits Verification or similar
• EMR experience

Pay

$20/hr
