Garry Executive Search is excited to partner with a phenomenal and well-established insurance brokerage in downtown Chicago to find a talented and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional insurance solutions and services to commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Policy Management: Efficiently handle renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and new business submissions.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory and company standards.
  • Account Reviews: Regularly review and assess risks for existing accounts to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Claims Assistance: Support clients through the claims process, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial lines account management.
  • Licensing: Valid insurance license.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

What We Offer:
