Job Summary: Insight Global has a client who is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Business Process Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining procurement processes, assisting with research and paperwork output, assisting with developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and serving as a liaison between the Director of Procurement and various procurement team divisions. This role also involves providing operational support and direction to ensure efficient and effective procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Streamline procurement workflow processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist with research and paperwork output related to procurement activities.
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Serve as a liaison between the Director of Procurement and procurement team divisions to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
Provide operational support and direction to the procurement team.
Collaborate with multiple teams and divisions to ensure alignment and integration of operation processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
Over 2 years of experience managing a project from start to finish.
Experience working with Procurement/Purchasing departments.
Experience assisting with developing SOPs, RFQs, and/or RFPs.
Strong process improvement mindset.
Ability to collaborate effectively between multiple teams/divisions.
