Role Summary & Impact:
The Digital Investment Sr. Specialist plays a key role in supporting day-to-day digital media investment operations across client teams. This position works on a variety of accounts, helping to manage digital systems, ensuring data accuracy, and streamlining media buy processes. The Sr. Specialist will collaborate with internal and external teams to improve workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Execute and refine digital buying processes, oversee client billing, and assist with digital reconciliation
Maintain data integrity by implementing and upholding established processes across digital buys
Develop a working knowledge of digital tools and platforms, including Mediaocean-Prisma, Ad Servers, DSPs, Social Platforms, and proprietary internal tools
Serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting operational issues, escalating as necessary
Identify and propose solutions to streamline workflows; collaborate with teams to develop best practices and tools to improve operational efficiency
Organize and manage data for reporting, supporting teams in data analysis and delivery insights
Ensure digital contracts and terms are accurately established with vendors and assist in evaluating vendor requests
Facilitate the sharing of best practices with other teams to enhance consistency and quality across the agency
Build strong relationships with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless buying operations
Oversee vendor billing processes, closely tracking and clearing open items to maintain accuracy and timeliness
Support the development and mentorship of junior team members, providing guidance and fostering a team-focused approach
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in marketing, advertising, communications, business, sociology, or consumer insights
2+ years of experience in media advertising or a related field
Ability to work both independently and as part of diverse teams, with strong collaboration skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
Familiarity with agency billing processes and a foundational understanding of digital planning/buying processes
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines
Eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvements within digital media investment operations
Experience in supporting or coaching team members is a plus
