Job Description The Compliance Agent performs essential internal audits of tasks related to the Timeshare Closing process and complaint handling resolution. The results of these audits are used to reasonably measure proficiency in meeting Westgate's metric objectives.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Assist in measuring the Closing Officer performance and adherence to regulation and company policies concerning the Timeshare closing process
Identify, report, and maintain logs of compliance and non-compliance from Timeshare closing recordings
Escalate items to the Compliance Officer as appropriate
Audit account paperwork to ensure proper execution
Communicate training points, as may be identified in Timeshare closings from time to time, to the Compliance Officer
Participate in training events
Research consumer/customer complaints
Monitor and research Lexis Nexis reporting
Perform Admin duties and other projects as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Must have Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Ability to travel to other resort locations as needed
Timeshare Industry experience is preferred
Bilingual Skills are a plus - Spanish or Portuguese; reading, writing, and speaking
