Job Description:
Over 10 years of IT experience.3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of managing agile teams in a collaborative, on-site setting.
Should have financial domain experience.
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings. Ensure agile principles are followed and help teams stay focused on project goals.
Identify, track, and resolve any issues that hinder the team's productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges proactively.
Guide teams in the application of agile/scrum principles and practices. Encourage continuous improvement and support team members in achieving personal and team objectives.
Act as a liaison between the development team, product owner, and stakeholders. Ensure clear, consistent communication regarding project status, risks, and dependencies.
Use agile tools to track team progress and productivity metrics. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders to maintain transparency.
Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that the team is aligned with the project vision and prioritized backlog. Help maintain a clear focus on value delivery.
Foster a positive, collaborative environment on-site where team members feel empowered and motivated to contribute fully to project goals.
Identify areas for improvement in the agile process and implement changes to drive efficiency, quality, and team satisfaction.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or similar agile certifications preferred.
