The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for managing the installation of HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems, ensuring compliance with code requirements, budgets, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas installations, ensuring code compliance, budget adherence, and timely project delivery.

Analyze project estimates and establish job costing systems with labor, material, and subcontractor cost codes.
Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor purchase orders; review submittals to ensure alignment with contract specifications.
Prepare monthly progress reports and conduct cost reviews to detect project deviations early, keeping stakeholders informed.
Build and maintain positive relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Oversee the evaluation and development of field staff, including foremen, superintendents, and workers.
Conduct safety meetings, investigate incidents, and engage employees in promoting safe practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
10+ years of experience in project management within the mechanical subcontractor space, specializing in commercial HVAC and plumbing.
Proven ability to manage large commercial construction projects ($5 million+).
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong industry knowledge and awareness of competitors.
Ability to multitask and handle tasks outside of the immediate job scope when needed.
