Commercial Construction Superintendent

Location: South Florida (Miami & Fort Lauderdale)

Scope: Oversee multifamily (concrete), municipal projects (K-12, aquatic centers, fire stations), and concrete restoration/waterproofing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ground-up construction projects ($10-30M) from start to finish.
• Lead site operations, schedules, quality control, and safety.
• Oversee multiple projects (12-20 months duration).
• Use Procore for project management.

Requirements:

• 2-10+ years of Superintendent experience.
• Strong background in multifamily and municipal construction.
• Proficient with Construction Software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
