Basic Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalency
1-3 year's experience with rotating equipment or turbo machinery
Experience with rigging
Job Duties:
Document and perform basic reassembly and dismantling of equipment using proper tooling and processes to complete all work in a safe and timely manner to meet customer needs
Work in a team environment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Read and interpret prints and drawings.
Follow verbal commands and leadership direction.
Understanding of use for tooling, drawings, work scopes, procedures, specifications and documentation to perform the primary function of the job.
Conduct processes for repairs.
Operate forklifts and cranes.
Basic knowledge and capacity to learn how to use various measuring devices: micrometers, indicators, calipers, gauges, and other required tools necessary to perform the job.
Ability to learn to accurately measure and record all dimensional inspections as needed and pass annual dimensional inspection tests within a reasonable amount of time.
Ability to learn and process documentation associated with turbo machinery such as inspection reports, photo logs, and hold tags.
Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Accepts ownership over work performance and works to improve skill set.
