Position Overview:
Support CEO across multiple business functions including operations, team management, and strategic initiatives
Coordinate between US and Philippines-based teams
Manage critical communications and workflows
Drive project coordination and implementation
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage executive communications, flagging priority items
Coordinate cross-functional team meetings and follow-up
Track progress of multiple ongoing projects
Support recruitment and onboarding initiatives
Assist in documenting and streamlining operational processes
Prepare status updates and summary reports
Build strong relationships with team members across all departments
Requirements:
Proven track record of executive support experience
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with business software (Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com)
Experience coordinating remote/international teams preferred
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
