The Forms and Documents Specialist will be responsible for updating forms/documents and maintaining the forms/documents library for storage and organization of business information. This work includes managing documentation updates, and standardizing documentation tools and methods. This role will also cover the following duties:
Evaluate compliance activities with regulatory standards, governmental regulations and associated requirements, lead changes necessary to improve compliance performance as it relates to documentation storage and retention
Organize the routing of documents throughout the process from conceptualization, approvals, distribution to filing.
Establish and maintain the documentation control system/log.
