We are seeking an experienced Sr Infrastructure, Network and Communication specialist to oversee ITD related services in North America, with special focus in OT networks for the Renewables business and Oil and Gas operations/projects.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Telecommunications / Computer Engineer or equivalent
Extensive demonstrable experience in network communications in both physical and virtual environments. This requiere demonstrable knowledge in the following areas:
Routing (preferably SD-WAN) & Switching from Cisco
Network security (Cisco Firepower and Fortinet)
Cloud environments (Azure / AWS)
System virtualization (VMware, Azure Stack, Hyper-V...)
Windows and Linux operating systems in virtualized environments
Ability to manage project prioritization based on impact and criticality
Knowledge of LEAN, AGILE, DevSecOps methodologies
Ability to coordinate with technical teams
Global vision and ability to interact and communicate with various corporate and business areas
Previous experience in similar positions: technical and coordination roles will be valued
Experience in developing projects related to renewable energies will be valued
Experience in developing projects related Control Center will be valued
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's in computer science, computer security, information systems degree or any IT related degree. (minimum 8+ years undergraduate)
Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of proof experience as infrastructure, network and communication specialist position (references are required)
Experience with Operational Technology (OT) / Scada network perimeter and DMZ. (references are required)
Strong technical background with specific knowledge and proof experience in servers and/or networking.
Preferred certifications include Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Azure Administrator Associate and VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV)
