We are currently recruiting for an experience IT Support Specialist to join an established professional services firm. This position will be key in providing exceptional technical support to a varied end-user based, as well as supporting firm-wide projects at a time of continued digital transformation.
The Role:
Support the end-user base via telephone, email and/or deskside visits.
Resolve issues across desktop, server and hardware environments.
Support office AV environments, maintaining for regular conferences/events.
Maintain mobile devices across iOS and Android platforms.
Take responsibility for office setups, conference room setups and event setups.
Ensure alignment to asset management processes.
Participate in system updates and deployments.
The Requirements:
Experience in Microsoft based environments.
Experience with the full Office 365 suite.
Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices.
Knowledge of SCCM and/or Autopilot.
Experience supporting Zoom and Teams.
Participate in on-call/after-hour support rotations.
