At 02 years with Incident management in creating summary, post and turn conversations to documents
Background in ServiceNow, and incidents will be like server issues, network issues/faults, monitoring, and tracking alarms (Incident alarms, multiple alarms)
Worked with tickets and make a documentation/translate thing into reports
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum Pay Rate for this position is $55k/Annum to $70k/Annum
