Position Overview: As a Project Leader, you will be the key liaison between the factory and designers, overseeing the successful management of furniture projects from concept to completion. This role requires strong experience in the furniture industry with the ability to read and interpret furniture drawings and communicate effectively with designers or architects. You'll play a critical role in ensuring project timelines and standards are met while working closely with international factory teams.

Salary: $95,000 - $100,000
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the factory and designers or architects.
Interpret and review furniture drawings, ensuring alignment with design specifications.
Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained.
Communicate regularly with clients, designers, and the factory team to provide updates and resolve any issues.
Take initiative in project planning and problem-solving.
Be available for occasional after-hours communication with teams in Asia for high-priority projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of experience in the furniture industry
Proven experience in project management, client management, and cross-departmental communications
Strong technical knowledge of furniture production, and the ability to interpret interior design and construction drawings
Proficiency with project management software
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
