4 Corner Resources is hiring an Online Order Fulfillment Operations Manager to oversee the complete order fulfillment process, from inventory management to order processing and team leadership. This position is fully onsite in Altamonte Springs, FL.
This is a 6-month contract with intent to convert permanent.
Fulfillment Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for fulfillment and inventory teams, including error rates, order cycle time, on-time shipping, perfect order rate, order picking accuracy, receiving efficiency, accuracy rate, packing productivity, supplier KPIs and Inventory carrying cost.
Ensure timely delivery of e-commerce products to both vendors and customers.
Accurately code invoices and expense reports.
Monitor e-commerce inventory levels to maintain product availability, supporting efficient fulfillment and packing.
Audit fulfillment processes to identify areas for improvement, ensuring all products are handled with care and packaged according to company standards.
Fulfillment Operations Manager Qualifications:
3-5 years of management and leadership experience in a warehouse, preferably focused on e-commerce and fulfillment.
Previous experience in packing and picking materials to meet on-time delivery requirements.
Familiarity with ERP or WMS software.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
