Role Overview:
As a Financial Analyst, you will support key project management functions, including cost control, scheduling, and change management. Your work will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Controls: Assist with change management, cost control, progress tracking, and schedule development.
Data Management: Maintain project data, generate reports, and manage logs.
Schedule Development: Help create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and resource-loaded schedules.
Cost & Financial Reporting: Develop cost reports, forecasts, and manage earned value systems for small projects.
Documentation: Review Purchase Orders and Subcontracts, ensuring proper coding and approval.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or finance or, equivalent work experience.
Experience: Familiarity with Excel, and Microsoft Suite (Primavera ExperiencePreferred)
Certifications: OSHA 10-hour certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
Other: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
