Job Overview
In this position you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Probate and Real Estate Departments as the attorneys execute the probate process and residential real property sales transactions.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the attorney with residential real estate transactions and managing Probate and Trust Estate cases under the supervision of the department head
Intake set up, prepare, organize, and retain legal documents,, agreements, pleadings, and accounting related to trust and probate estate administration, estate accountings, and trust including electronic filing.
Dealing with clients closely who could be in crisis, requiring direction, patience, kindness, and understanding.
Answering multiple phone lines
Communication via phones and email with follow up
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a law firm is not required; the ideal candidate has experience in a real estate practice, title company or Probate law firm, has a basic knowledge of financed and unfinanced purchases of real property, and has experience in multiple areas of the real estate closing process.
Detail-oriented
Must be familiar and know the difference between Summary of Administrations and Formal of Administrations
Must have knowledge of MS Office 365, Dynamic
Must take direction well
Must be proactive in job duties
Must have high attention to detail
Must have great communication skills; written and verbal
This position is a Direct Hire position, with opportunity to grow.
Benefits are offered after 90 days.
Pay : $20-$24/ Hour
Hours: 9AM - 5PM Monday - Friday
