Responsible for leading a category within the New Product Commercialization factory team in executing launches to deliver OTIF. As the NPC team lead, manage a specific portfolio of projects as well as lead a team of planners/senior planners. The New Product Commercialization team is responsible for collaborating with all Operations cross-functional teams to ensure that all execution activities of new products are completed on time and in full per the launch timeline.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and develop a high performing team of 2 planners/senior planners in supporting new product launches with Contract Manufacturers
Develop internal project timeline to be shared and aligned on with internal SAI partners for each project. Internal SAI partners include Planning, MSP, Production, Manufacturing, Quality and Warehouse.
Responsible for validating the execution milestones on the overall project timeline from New Produce Development are accurate and achievable.
Lead plant project review meetings and coordinate seamless integration between all Operational and AIC processes and functions involved in developing and launching new products
Partner with Material Supply Planning team to ensure timely PO placement, completion and delivery of all primary, secondary, and tertiary components needed to support launch timelines.
Partner with FG Planning team to ensure successful end-to-end FG planning while transitioning of projects from launch to replenishment.
Partner with Quality team to quickly resolve quality issues that may arise to ensure original project timeline can be maintained.
Partner with Planning, Production and Manufacturing for successful execution of a manufacturing & production schedule to support the internal project timeline.
Keep track of all liabilities related to projects.
Maintain LOI tracker for any projects (if applicable) until reconciliation is completed.

Operations Cross Functional Teams including, New Product Development, Manufacturing, Technical, Production, FG & Bulk Planning, Material Supply Planning, Finance, Compliance, QA/QC, Procurement, Packaging, S&OP
Financial Accountability
Responsible for tracking all liabilities & LOIs related to project portfolio.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or related job experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a project management or supply chain role
Competent user of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
SAP and IBP experience a plus.
