Create strategic initiatives and improvements to move the business forward for the next several years.
Provide end-to-end oversight and coordination of worldwide programs that empower leaders and teams to serve customers better.
Create project work-back schedules, manage timelines, identify risks and dependencies, and scenario plan as needed.
Lead program implementation, including follow-up and feedback loops to further evolve and adjust key programs.
Work with cross-functional partners to drive continuous improvement of programs and performance, as well as to drive the overall customer and team experience and increase ownership.
Create and implement change management strategies and plans to improve the adoption of tools, processes, and behaviors to impact performance.
Define success metrics of critical initiatives for field leaders and teams.
