Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage clinical collaboration programs, fostering partnerships with academic institutions, oncology research groups, and large community practices.
Oversee all aspects of clinical program management, including development of study protocols, contracts, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring timely communication with the executive team.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, R&D, legal, lab operations) to streamline the planning and execution of clinical studies and partnerships.

Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a scientific or medical field (PhD, PharmD, MD, DO, NP/PA, or equivalent).
Proven leadership experience in clinical research and trials within the fields of genomics, diagnostics, oncology, or other medical disciplines.
Preferred experience in CLIA-certified lab settings; industry experience in IVD, pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical devices can partially substitute.

Demonstrated ability to establish credibility with investigators and research partners.
Balanced approach to scientific and business considerations in professional engagements.
