Client in York is seeking an ERP/SQL Analyst to join their team.
The ERP Systems Analyst reports to the ERP Systems Manager.
The ERP System Analyst is responsible for supporting the maintenance of the company's multi-tenant hosted ERP System Epicor and for process improvement related to the ERP system.
The position is primarily responsible for continuous implementation / upgrading of the system, new processes in the system, and training of staff and for expanding the uses of the system for the entire organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
The ERP Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for meeting with and interacting with the company's Department Managers and other key company users about Epicor optimization. This includes assisting the Managers and their Department employees to optimize use of the Epicor system.
Optimization of the Epicor system includes but is not limited to setting up the proper routines for the use of Epicor for the user's role, the Department, and the Company overall reporting and data analysis. Optimization will also include best possible reaction to requests and escalations from the various users and key users for direct assistance with use of the Epicor system and development of proper routines, reports, dashboards, etc.
Optimization will timely response to requests from Managers, Key Users and other users as well as being able to provide suggestions to users, Key users and Managers when the ERP System Analyst sees opportunities for additional/modification of routines, reports, dashboards, etc.
The ERP Systems Analyst will escalate key issues to the ERP Systems Manager as appropriate and will ensure that the ERP Systems Manager is updated on all planned/integrated changes to the Epicor System in advance to mitigate potential integration issues and always ensure seamless transition with a focus on data integrity.

Perform other tasks or assignments as delegated by the ERP Systems Manager and/or designate.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors in Business Information or Computer
Experience
Required
Minimum of two years of ERP-system implementation work in a production environment, exposed to multiple processes.
Experience in implementing Epicor ERP-system in a manufacturing company.
