There are 02 shifts -- 09 to 06 to 02 to 10 (Candidates need to choose one slot)
Very fast paced environment, someone must be very efficient to balance workload as teamwork with multiple incidents (Call volume is not high but resolutions take time)
We really need to make sure that candidates have prior Incident management exp
At 02 years with Incident management in creating summary, post and turn conversations to documents
Background in ServiceNow, and incidents will be like server issues, network issues/faults, monitoring, and tracking alarms (Incident alarms, multiple alarms)
Worked with tickets and make a documentation/translate thing into reports
Interview process..
Chad will review and then phone call with him for screening
2nd round is onsite (Meeting with team and showing them environment)

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum annual salary for this position is $75,000 to $77,000 with full benefits.
