What You'll Do:
Deliver outstanding customer service primarily via phone, assisting attorneys and staff.
Manage service desk calls, emails, and ticket requests related to hardware, software, and remote access.
Support audio and video equipment for conference rooms and troubleshoot mobile device issues.
Oversee office moves and ensure compliance with IT asset management procedures.
