Key Responsibilities:
System Customization & Upgrades: Develop and implement customizations, enhancements, and upgrades within Clarity PPM, including ModernUX, ensuring alignment with Disney's evolving requirements.
Development & Technical Support: Utilize expertise in GEL scripting, XOG processing, Clarity Portlet Development, and JasperSoft Report Development to create and troubleshoot custom solutions and configurations.
Database Management: Use SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle DBA skills to manage database objects and performance, supporting data-driven decision-making across Disney's operational teams.
Collaboration & Communication: Work within an agile team environment, collaborating across departments and presenting findings effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Testing & Deployment: Coordinate with multiple teams for unit and functional testing, and oversee deployment activities to ensure seamless functionality in a SaaS-hosted environment.
Problem Solving: Apply analytical and technical problem-solving skills to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize Clarity PPM applications and integrations.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 6+ years in the design, development, and implementation of enhancements across all technical and functional modules of Clarity PPM. This includes:
GEL Scripting, XOG processing, Data Marts, Time slices, NSQL, and all other Clarity Studio customizations
Clarity Portlet Development
JasperSoft Report Development
SOAP, SQL, and PL/SQL (creating packages, stored procedures, views, indexes, and related database objects)
Oracle DBA and Clarity administration
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Large-Scale Environments: Prior experience supporting large-scale systems, ideally within a complex business environment such as Disney's.
Integration Expertise: Experience with Clarity and SAP integrations, enabling seamless connectivity between core systems.
Technical Tools: Proficiency with GITHUB for source control, JIRA for project tracking, and RPA for process automation.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information and collaborate with stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, adjusting priorities based on project needs.
